Kingsbury and May Street
4th modular duplex that we bought from Excel homes called their Galloway model. The real estate market has changed but more importantly the credit markets.
The appraisals simply will not be enough in Main South to justify any further development. We will need to move to other areas.
Tiverton Parkway
Great split ranch on the west side of City of Worcester within walking distance of Pleasant Street and Tatnuck Square. There was public water and sewerage, while the only drawback being a power station across the street on Tory Fort Lane.
Great neighborhood and the home-owner loved the central air, hardwoods, parking under and granite counters.
One of my favorites because of the neighbors.
